DataParser DataParser for Cisco Jabber Jabber

17a-4’s DataParser for Jabber is a lightweight middleware solution for compliance.  Cisco Jabber data is automatically retrieved from Jabber’s database for retention in an archive.  The DataParser manages ingestion into Office 365, Exchange or an email archive to create a single repository for compliance management, discovery and supervisory procedures.

Cisco Unified Communications IM & Presence Service provides for advanced, integrated enterprise wide communication enabling users to work effectively and efficiently.  Streamlined communications enhance productivity by integrating presence, instant messaging (IM), voice, video, voice messaging, desktop sharing, and conferencing.  The DataParser for Cisco Jabber uses Open Data Base Connectivity (ODBC) to collect and format the Jabber data for delivery to a compliance archive.
