17a-4’s DataParser for BlackBerry is a lightweight middleware solution for compliance. BlackBerry data is automatically retrieved from the BES server for formatting and retention in an archive. The DataParser manages ingestion into Office 365, Exchange or an email archive to create a single repository for compliance management, discovery and supervisory procedures.
The DataParser manages Blackberry e-messaging data to comply with corporate regulation and policy. The software is designed to interface with daily data files available each evening, rather than capturing the data in mid-stream through proxy servers or with software installed on a PDA / Blackberry device. Message content, including RTF and HTML, is reformatted into .eml or other compatible archival e-messaging file formats.
