There’s a new version of Zoom DataParser coming with support for Zoom Phone!
Zoom DataParser has long been a trusted solution for extracting, transforming, and archiving Zoom communications data. Designed to support governance, eDiscovery, and regulatory requirements, it seamlessly connects to Zoom’s APIs, automating the capture of meeting participants, chat logs, shared files, and metadata. As organizations grow more reliant on Zoom for internal collaboration and external engagement, the need for comprehensive data management becomes paramount.
With Zoom Phone coming to DataParser’s arsenal, organizations can elevate their analysis beyond meetings and chat. Zoom Phone empowers users with voice calls, voicemail, SMS, and rich telephony features. This critical stream of business communication can now be included in broader analytics and compliance initiatives.
The new version of Zoom DataParser will enable IT teams and compliance officers to automatically ingest call records, voicemail transcriptions, SMS logs, and user activity, bringing voice communications into archives, eDiscovery or storage systems.
DataParser is designed for verifiable chain of custody and regulatory compliance. Archiving data for SEC / FINRA rules, HR, remote work, IP, legal or corporate policies are common use cases. Financial firms, Government agencies, Education, Energy and Healthcare organizations all use DataParser.
