Support for Cloud9 is coming

Cloud9 DataParser is adding support for Cloud9 to the list of interfaces. Symphony’s Cloud9 is the leading cloud-native trader voice system connecting traders, brokers and front office financial professionals. Built for innovative trader voice communication, Cloud9 offers seamless deployment, rich telephony features, and data-powered insights. 
The Cloud9 DataParser will collect call data and recordings directly from Cloud9 APIs. Files can be stored locally or sent into Azure Blob, SharePoint, AWS S3, archives or eDiscovery platforms. As with all DataParser supported interfaces, users can be filtered for group management, data can be sent to multiple locations/destinations and Run Summary and Reconciliation Reports are available.
17a-4 is excited to add another Symphony platform in the upcoming Cloud9 module. Symphony’s Messaging platform is supported by DataParser since 2017.
