We’ll configure your Slack collection with your requested parameters and destinations. Your data will appear in your archive or storage system at the end of each day. All chats are threaded for easy review of each day’s conversations and activities.

Yes. DataParser can be configured to collect files from Slack’s API. You can allow your users to share files on Slack and use DataParser to collect them and stay in compliance.
All output is sent into your archive or supervision platform as a threaded EML file. This helps to keep conversations together for easy and logical viewing. A service indicator can be appended or prepended to the subject line to allow for simple searching. Message edits and deletes are both captured. Shared files and images are referenced in the conversation and attached to the EML output. Additional samples are available upon request.
