How does 17a-4’s WebParser service work?
17a-4 will configure and run our WebParser capture program to collect the current version of your organization’s website including subsites and links.
Your designated compliance or legal officers will receive a notice that includes a link to view the captured website content.
17a-4 will retain 3 years of website copies and preserve in a non-erasable format as required by the SEC and other regulators.
