DataParser is a flexible data connector solution offering cloud or on-premise deployments, designed for security, compliance, legal, and corporate requirements.
The Cloud9 DataParser offers collection and formatting of Cloud9 recordings and call data.  Files can be retained in SharePoint, Azure, AWS or other archive storage and eDiscovery systems.

Yes, DataParser can be installed on-premise, behind your firewall and security protocols.  Files can be stored locally and sent to multiple output locations.  Admins can easily change configurations and filtering if company polices shift.

DataParser is a modular connector software solution designed to meet Compliance, Legal, Security, HR and IT requirements. Chats, Meetings, Documents, Data feeds, Collaboration Platforms and Databases are supported. DataParser handles the collection from the data source, formatting, filtering of output and delivery to an archive, eDiscovery platform or storage repository.
